New block: Paywall

New block: Paywall

R24 goes e‑commerce: a new block lets you monetise selected content behind a simple, integrated paywall.

The new paywall block

For one of our new subscribers, we developed a new block that allows them to place their seminar videos behind a paywall and make them accessible either for free or for a fee.

As a payment provider, we integrated the European Mollie payment gateway to support payment methods such as credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA direct debit and instant bank transfer.

A paywall completely without cookies?

The paywall block works entirely without cookies. Payments are processed via a secure payment gateway, and sensitive payment data is not stored in the database. Instead, it is handled only temporarily within the session and deleted immediately after the transaction is completed. Access is linked to the user’s email address and must be confirmed with two-factor authentication on each login, naturally preventing account sharing.

Available for all R24 sites

The new paywall block is now available for all R24 sites. You can monetise any type of content with it. As always, we’re happy to support our subscribers with the setup >> get in touch >> we’ll configure the payment provider for you and activate the paywall block.

Shared development costs

Every new Relaunch24 website creates new collections, blocks and features that then become available to all other subscribers.

Price guarantee & transparency

All prices are clearly defined and stable long-term. No hidden costs, no variable fees and no surprises — neither during setup nor ongoing.

Term & independence

The minimum term of R24 is currently 12 months. This allows us to offer a fair, independent solution whose development and operation are financed solely by members’ monthly fees.
